This Eau-de-Vie Palinka style pear brandy took the Best in Show at the 2020 American Craft Spirits Association Competion. It is carefully distilled from 100% pears to preserve the aroma and taste of the fruit in every bottle. Each pear is hand selected and inspected for the finest quality. Each batch of brandy is rested for a minimum of the 3 months before it goes through a cold stabilization filtration process, hand bottling and hand labeling.
